  • The selected winner must complete the required actions prior the redemption of the free tickets and/or hotel stay.
  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the list of the qualified participants.
  • The selected winners each will be contacted by BusOnlineTicket.com via email to arrange for the prize redemption.
  • Free ticket(s) and/or hotel stay provided by Golden Coach and BusOnlineTicket.com are not exchangeable and/or transferable to cash.
  • The selected winner is allowed to redeem the hotel stay and bus ticket(s) with travelling date from 1 Jan 2019 to 31 Mar 2019 only, subject to the availability and except for period from 31 Jan 2019 to 14 Feb 2019, public holidays and public holidays eve.
  • Any other charges, including (but not limited to) travel insurance, personal expenses or other accommodation request, shall be borne entirely by the selected winner.
